I am thinking about buying art from Start but am wondering...
1- Can I return a piece of art?
Yes! You have seven days to try a piece out in your own home. The piece must be returned within 7 days from the day you received the shipment. You will receive a full refund on the piece of art.
2- How long will it take to receive a piece of art?
Art will generally be shipped within 48 hours of the time it is purchased. Shipping will generally take between 5 and 7 business days.
3- How is the art packaged? Will it arrive safely?
All art is packaged by UPS and is insured. Photography and illustrations may be packaged by the artist, as they are much less fragile than a canvas.
4- Where will you ship to?
For now, Start Gallery only ships within Canada. Sorry for any inconvenience, we will ship to everywhere else in the near future!
5- How are your shipping rates calculated?
Our shipping rates are based on the weight and dimensions of each individual work of art. Because the departure point varies depending on each individual artist, the shipping cost remains an approximation. We are constantly adjusting shipping rates in order to ensure that you are paying the most reasonable amount possible. Watch out for deals such as 'free shipping for art over $1000' in the near future!

I am an artist interested in submitting my art to Start but am wondering....
1-How many pieces can I submit?
There is no limit to the number of pieces you may submit.
2- I recently graduated school, am I still eligible?
Yes, Start Gallery accepts student artists as well as recent graduates. Our goal is to help students and recent graduates gain gallery experience.
3- Will I get to choose the price of my art?
Yes, the artists are responsible for pricing their artwork.
